Track Placer
Track Placer builds a whole rail shape in one click — a full loop, a big turn, a long climb.
You still place plain rails by hand for straight runs. The placer is for the shapes that would take ages.

Pick a shape
Crouch + use to open the picker. Shapes are grouped into Turns, Slopes and Other.

Aim at a flat end
Point at a flat rail at the end of your track. A preview appears.

Use it
The shape is built, and the rails come out of your inventory.
Warning
It only works on a flat rail at the end of a track. Aim at a slope, a turn, or a rail with track on both sides and nothing happens.

The shape picker groups all 18 rail shapes into 3 categories. Turns and Slopes each come in small/medium/big versions, and loopings/arches come in small/big with an inverted variant of each:
