Dream Compass
Dream Compass is the clock the "Clock, target the exit" notes are drawing. In a dream, it points to your way out. Anywhere else, it tells the time.
Getting one
The first person to enter each Dream World finds a Dream Compass lying next to the bed they wake up in. You can also craft one:

What it shows
- In a dream: the needle points to the bed you came in by, or to the dream's first bed.
- Anywhere else: it's a clock. Noon at the top, midnight at the bottom.
Use it on a block to set it down. It keeps working there, like a little signpost. Use it again to pick it up.
Tip
Bring a Dream Bed into the dream and sleep in it to leave. Next time you come in there, and the compass points to it.
