Pro Rails
Pro Rails is the second way to build track. Instead of placing rail blocks, you put down two Coaster Anchors and link them. The game draws a smooth curve between them.
Use it when you want big sweeping turns and banked corners that square blocks can't make.
Both kinds of track work together in the same park.
Laying your first rail
Place two anchors
Anywhere you like — floor, wall or ceiling. An anchor turns to face the surface you put it on, which is how hanging track works.
Interact the first one with the wrench
Your action bar says: First anchor set. Aim at a second anchor.
Aim at the second anchor
A preview line follows your crosshair. Green means the curve works. Red tells you what is wrong.
Interact again to confirm
The rail is created. Cars can run it straight away.
Each anchor can hold two rails, one on each side. Chain a few anchors together and you get a full track.

On an anchor that already has a rail, a plain wrench click opens its menu instead. Use crouch + interact to start a new rail from it.
The anchor menu
Interact a connected anchor with the wrench, without crouching, to open it.
Edit Rail Angle
Two handles appear. The dot sets which way the curve leaves the anchor and how hard it pulls. The arrow rolls the track to bank it. Interact a handle to grab it, aim, then interact again to confirm. Switching item cancels.
Edit Rail Mode
Interact a piece of rail to start a selection, then interact at the far end to set the mode across that whole stretch.
Add Station
Turns the anchor into a boarding point that opens and closes, like a Station Rail. Station Settings then appear in the same menu.
Add Switch Track
Turns the anchor into a junction, then asks you to aim at a third anchor for the branch. Give it a signal key in Switch Track Settings.
An anchor can only do one job at a time, so remove the station before turning it into a switch. A switch needs a rail on each side, and both the main rail and the branch have to lie flat against the surface.
Performance
Pro Rails are drawn with particles, so a big park costs more to render than the same track built from blocks. The Pro Rails Rendering Quality setting — Performance, Low, Normal or High — trades detail for frame rate.

Changed the rendering quality and nothing happened? It only kicks in when the world loads. Leave and rejoin.
