Dream Diary
Dream Diary tells the story of the plushies, and how to survive them. You get one the first time you join. Use it to turn the page, sneak + use to go back.
It has 10 pages: 2 intro pages, then 2 for each plushie. Only the intro is there at first.
Finding the missing pages
The other 8 pages are Loose Diary Pages, lying on the floor in the Dream Worlds. Each dream holds its own plushie's pages:

Use a page (on the floor or in your hand) and it goes into your diary for good. Already have it? Craft it into 3 paper.
