Nightmare Froggy
Nightmare Froggy is what Froggy becomes the moment you pick up its plush in Froggy's Kingdom. Night falls for good, and it comes for you anywhere in the kingdom, on the surface or in the dungeon. It can't be hurt.
How it works
It shows up
Every minute or so, it appears 25-35 blocks in front of you, standing still and glitching.
Don't stare
Look at it for about 5 seconds in all, or walk within 12 blocks of it, and it starts sprinting at you.
The sprint
It's faster than any other form of Froggy, and keeps after you for about 20 seconds.
If you never look at it, it leaves after a while, but the next one won't wait as long before it sprints.
The grab
If it catches you, you wake up at home: "Some toys don't want to be found." Froggy's plush is destroyed, and the night ends.
How to stay safe
- Look away. Spot it, then turn your back and keep your distance.
- Head for a bed. Sleeping in any Froggy's Bed of the kingdom takes you home with the plush.
Before you take the plush, note the way back to a bed. Once Nightmare Froggy is out, there's no more day to wait for.
