New here? Do these three things first.
- Build a Coaster Crafter at a normal crafting table.
- Place the Tutorial Structure and walk around it. It is a cheap practice track that shows how everything fits together.
- Then start at the top of the list below. Building a Track and Redstone Signals are the two that matter most.
In a hurry? Placing Rides, at the bottom, drops a whole coaster in about a minute.
The two tools
Almost every block in the add-on responds to one of these two. Blocks that do are marked with a small wrench or brush icon in their guidebook page.
Coaster Wrench
Changes settings — rail modes, signal keys, animations, emitter options. Crouch + use to select a whole area at once.
Coaster Brush
Changes the look — decor variants, car colors, which character is on a stand. Crouch + use to repaint an area at once.
